Chính sách quyền riêng tư – Tiếng Việt

Giá trị Wi‑Fi/RF/LTE/5G do người dùng nhập Được xử lý cục bộ phục vụ tính toán kỹ thuật Không

Privacy Policy – English

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to NetLab Zero: Network Toolkit (“NetLab Zero”, the “app”). NetLab Zero is designed as an offline network-engineering toolkit for calculations, conversions, simulations, planning, and reference information related to IPv4, IPv6, routing, Ethernet/VLAN, TCP/UDP, QoS, Wi‑Fi, RF, LTE/5G, SIM/mobile networks, and other computer-networking topics.

Core privacy principle: NetLab Zero is designed to declare no Android permissions, have no Internet permission, perform no user tracking, and collect no personal data for transmission to a developer-controlled server.

2. Android permissions

NetLab Zero is designed around a zero-permission model. The official release does not request or declare Android permissions for Internet access, location, phone/SIM access, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, storage, notifications, or other system permissions.

The app does not perform LAN scanning, port scanning, Wi‑Fi scanning, Bluetooth scanning, Internet speed testing, Ping, Traceroute, or other functions that require network or device permissions.

3. Personal data collection

NetLab Zero does not collect, transmit, or sell users' personal data. The app does not require account creation and does not provide a sign-in system.

Data type How it is handled Sent off the device?
IP addresses, CIDR values, subnets, VLANs, MAC addresses, or technical values entered by the user Processed locally for calculations or simulations No
Wi‑Fi/RF/LTE/5G values manually entered by the user Processed locally for engineering calculations No
Favorites, recent tools, language, theme, and preferences May be stored in the app's private local storage No
Non-sensitive SIM/operator information that Android explicitly exposes without a permission, if supported Processed and displayed locally on the device only No

4. Data the app does not access

NetLab Zero is not designed to access or collect:

5. Local processing

NetLab Zero performs its calculations directly on the device. For example, IPv4 addresses, IPv6 addresses, prefixes, MTU values, RSSI values, frequencies, bandwidth values, and other network parameters entered by the user are used only to generate the requested result in the app.

Preferences such as language, theme, Favorites, and recent tools may be stored locally to improve usability. NetLab Zero does not provide cloud synchronization.

6. Sharing with third parties

NetLab Zero does not automatically share user data with third parties and does not include advertising, tracking, or analytics SDKs in the release model described by this policy.

If a user intentionally selects Share, Copy, or Export, Android may transfer the content selected by the user to an app or storage destination chosen by the user. This transfer is initiated by the user. Once data is provided to another app, that receiving app's privacy practices apply.

7. External links and browsers

NetLab Zero may provide links to technical documentation or other external resources. If the user chooses to open such a link, the app may ask a browser or another installed application to handle it. NetLab Zero does not itself establish the Internet connection because it has no Internet permission. External websites and apps are governed by their own privacy policies.

8. Advertising, analytics, and tracking

NetLab Zero does not display advertising, does not use advertising SDKs, does not use analytics to track user behavior, and does not build user profiles for advertising or marketing purposes.

9. Security

NetLab Zero follows a data-minimization and local-processing approach. Not declaring Internet permission reduces the app's ability to transmit information to remote servers. Where applicable, locally stored app data is kept within Android-managed private application storage.

No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should use appropriate care before entering or sharing sensitive network information, particularly when using Android's share features to send content to another application.

10. Data retention and deletion

Because NetLab Zero has no user accounts and does not operate a server that collects user data, the developer does not retain personal user data on a server for remote deletion requests.

Preferences, Favorites, recent-tool history, or similar information stored locally can be removed using in-app clearing options where available, Android's “Clear storage/data” function, or by uninstalling the app.

11. Children

NetLab Zero is a technical and educational networking utility and is not specifically directed at children. The app does not knowingly collect children's personal data. If the app's target audience or functionality changes in the future, this policy will be updated as necessary to reflect applicable law and Google Play requirements.

12. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the app's functionality, data practices, legal requirements, or platform policies change. The updated version will be published at the same Privacy Policy location and the “Last updated” date will be revised.

If a future version of NetLab Zero begins to access, collect, or share data in a manner different from this policy, the Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety disclosures will be updated before or together with that release.

13. Developer and privacy contact
